Do the kits come with paint?
No, but you can use any craft acrylic paint at your local store(s).
What is the Sticky Back?
It is a permanent double sided tape. Just peel the backing to reveal and place the piece on your project.
Do all the kits have sticky backs?
95% of the kits have our exclusive sticky backs. Some, like the stands, were not feasible to add the adhesive so you will need your favorite wood glue.
What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 7-10 business days. Each item is made to order. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and current schedule.
Do you all accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please see our return policy here. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us directly.
I am missing a piece in my kit what do I do?
At Huckleberry Gems, every wood cut-out kit is crafted with heaps of love and care. We truly want you to love and enjoy each piece as much as we do. If, for some reason, things don’t seem right with your kit, we’ve got a cozy little replacement policy in place. Please see it in detail here.

When will my box ship?
During the last week of every month.
When do I get charged for my box?
Charges will go out the the same date that you joined
For example: If you signed up on April 23rd, you will be charged every month on the 23rd. If you would like to be charged on a different date please email us and we can set a day that works for you.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
I open the cart for new orders a month prior to shipment for a limited time. Emails will go out when I open the ordering and before I close it. Make sure the emails are not in your junk folder.
Can I buy a kit from the subscription?
No, they are exclusive to subscribers for that month.
I moved how do I change my address and/or card info?
When you joined you created a customer portal. Log in to your portal and you can update your address and payment information there.
I need to cancel my subscription.

SHIPPING:
How much is shipping?
We have flat rate shipping based on order amounts:
$0 - $74.99 = $6.50 shipping
> $75 = FREE
~Subscription boxes are a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping.~
When does my order ship?
We do our best to have orders shipped out within 7-10 business days. Any orders placed after noon mst on Friday will not be shipped out until the following week. We do not cut on the weekends so that we can spend time with family.
Do you all ship to Internationally?
We currently only ship to the continental United States .
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pickup is available in Boise, Idaho only. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
